Yay for guitar boredom!

You guys prolly know that 'Do Re Mi' song from Sound of Music, and can probably play it on the piano.

I think I can only play... the first 14 notes. Okay, maybe slightly more, but I always get lost at the So/Sol part.

But, out of boredom, I tried playing it on guitar. So I searched it on ultimate-guitar and someone was bored enough to post tabs.

I tried it... IT WAS WRONG.
So I figured it out by ear.
AND I FIGURED OUT THE SOL PART. Okay, fine, so I used the wrong one as a clue, but still, hers was wrong and mine is BETTER.

Hahaha, I learn things when I'm bored. :D
Well, I was reading this 'Survival Japanese' book Bela gave me...

Then I got bored kasi I was lying down on my bed and my dad was playing Ninja Town on the DS with the sounds on. :| Distracting much.

Ay shet. I lost the Do Re Mi thing. Wah, karma. D:

Dammit, back to Super Mario. And figuring out what to add...

Oh, I talked to James Santos yesterday.
We were at Minky's house and we practically spent an hour with the guitar. [We were just waiting for Minky. xD]

I love Minky's guitar, the strings are so soft for my left fingertips. [I think that's after using John's steel stringed guitar.]

Anyway, I've seen James S play on the guitar... it's amazing. He's like my teacher. And he knows all the musical terms and stuff and I'm just in awe. O_o

Sorry na. Noob ako.
But I still love guitar. :D

He told me to try playing this song so it'd fix my strumming technique (or lack thereof).

I want to post a video of me playing guitar... But only after I'm a lot better than the other noobs on YouTube. XD
