Well, actually... I talked with Bela and she pretty much hit it spot on:

it's not that you cant come up with anything
its that you want so much but they don't seem plausible.
that you dont see it as a goal for yourself
but rather like something that cant be attained
cause you feel like you cant do it

That's pretty true, actually.

So anyway, dad's in his lecture moods so he started asking me about my life again and stuff.

Dad: In 3 years, how do you see yourself?
Me: I'd prolly still be a DJ... but maybe a bit more popular now, because by then we'd be more successful.
Dad: Magresearch ka. Sino ang pinakamayaman na dj at magkano ang sweldo niya?
Me: Di ko naman sinabi na dj ang magiging trabaho ko e.
Dad: I'm just trying to help e. Sige, ano ang magiging trabaho mo?
Me: Commercials? Modeling?
Dad: Sinong DJ ba ang nagmomodel o gumagawa ng commercial?
Me: AKO. Gagawa ako ng paraan!

Dad: Mahirap pa naman ang posisyon mo, Leeann. Panganay ka. Naomi and Paul are going to follow in your footsteps and use you as an excuse...

Like. Okay, fine. I'll be a better example already. AS IF THEY SEE ME NAMAN E. Even though I'm WAY MORE POLITE than they are, NOTHING happens!

But really, I wish I had some sort of goal or... I dunno. Anything to motivate me. I wish I had an IDEA of what I can really freaking do.

...I kinda wanted to take psych, but my tita and my dad took it. So I didn't take it. It's also why I didn't even take the entrace exam for UST. My parents studied there and I wanted to be different.

Look what happened: Japanese Studies.
Yeah, nothing can get more 'different/unique/random' than that.

STRANGE, this has nothing to do with things I really want to do like writing, performing, or talking... IN ENGLISH.

And honestly, do you think I'm patient enough to translate? I don't care if they charge 1.5k for translating a page!

I hate being poor. I hope this ends soon. I kind of miss the times we'd NOT have any lack of shampoo or palatable food or the like.
