Okay, I have really no idea how I did (in terms of singing). I mean, here are a bunch of musically talented people and I was just thankful they were there to flood over my sad excuse of a voice (or self-esteem).
Oh and I failed with the tambourine.
Oh, and lastly, here's something to show how awesome they were:
If Maica, Roseanne, and Gushi singing all together was a mind!fuck, then Isa Fran singing was a MIND!ORGASM. That's how good they were!
And then there's panira me, not sure what she was doing there in the flood of talent.
Anyway, after that... I went to Bea Bong's.
***NOTPROUDMOMENTNOTPROUDMOMENTNOTPROUDMOMENT***
Okay, so ever since this girl in carpool talked to me...
Me: What's the after effects of drinking beer?
Girl: I wouldn't know, I never drank. :D *TOTALLY DID IT OFFHANDEDLY*
Me: O: *awesomely starstruck*
SHE LOOKED TOTALLY COOL. AND SHE SOUNDED REALLY REALLY COOL. LIKE I WANTED TO SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT AND SOUND COOL TOO.
But then there were drinks and they tasted pretty good. Argh.
But I didn't get drunk or anything, it's just that I'm stuck with disappointment with myself because I WON'T GET TO BE COOL BECAUSE I DID THAT. D:
Yes, I have a childish way of viewing things.
After Bong's party (and some satisfying singing of Girlfriend, among other things), Maica brought me home. As soon as I got home, James greeted me. I saw JR too, so I decided to hang with them.
James: I have Bailey's. :D
Me: D: Fine.
ARGH again.
And then I got really bored, so I started singing Defying Gravity.
Luis, James, JR: O:
James: OMG YOU HIT IT.
JR: I DID NOT KNOW YOU COULD SING.
Luis: You should sing more. I think you may actually have a voice.
Weird. I guess Lea Salonga was right about the mindset thing.
Like people would really hit notes if they KNEW and BELIEVED they can. Otherwise, they'd get piyok.
I couldn't sleep after, so I kept singing and singing and then I recorded myself and then added deep vocal effects so BC's wish of me being a bass has been fulfilled.
It's on Facebook in case you're wondering where the video is, BC.
